Then, dive into an easy-to-follow choreographed sequence that will challenge your coordination while getting you in touch with your creative confidence. Expect a perfect balance of cardio, rhythm, and expression as we elevate your heart rate, tone muscles, and get your endorphins pumping.

We’ll finish class with a stretchy cool-down and moment of mindful breath. This class is all about having fun, staying active, and feeling the music—whether you're a beginner or seasoned dancer.
